Some items are available on a pre-order basis. Please check the product description for estimated production and delivery time before purchasing.

Orders are processed within 2–3 working days from the date they are placed. Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched using your chosen shipping method at checkout.

Orders placed after 1PM GMT will begin processing the following working day. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If further security checks are required, processing may be delayed until the requested information is provided.

Please ensure the correct items and sizes are in your basket before completing your purchase and that all delivery details are accurate, as we are unable to make changes once an order has been placed.

DHL Express Rest of World (delivery aim 3-5 business days) - cost calculated at checkout

TAXES & DUTIES

We do not bear any responsibility for additional shipping charges incurred, including import taxes and customs. Please research your country’s shipping terms before placing your order in order to avoid unexpected charges. In the event that the customer refuses the package, they will be liable for the initial shipping costs, any applicable import duties or taxes, and the expense of returning the order parcel to our warehouse. Once the shipment has been received at the warehouse, this sum will be deducted from the refund for your order.
