SHIPPING & DELIVERY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 2–3 working days from the date they are placed. Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched using your chosen shipping method at checkout.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If further security checks are required, processing may be delayed until the requested information is provided.

Please ensure the correct items and sizes are in your basket before completing your purchase and that all delivery details are accurate, as we are unable to make changes once an order has been placed.

TAXES & DUTIES

For orders shipped to the United States, import duties and taxes are already included in the item price shown at checkout - no additional charges will be collected on delivery.

For all other destinations, including Canada, we do not bear any responsibility for additional shipping charges incurred, including import taxes and customs. Please research your country's shipping terms before placing your order in order to avoid unexpected charges. In the event that the customer refuses the package, they will be liable for the initial shipping costs, any applicable import duties or taxes, and the expense of returning the order parcel to our warehouse. Once the shipment has been received at the warehouse, this sum will be deducted from the refund for your order.

DELIVERY LIABILITY

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

Zende cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed. This includes situations where the parcel has been left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or unattended at the delivery address.

By placing an order, you agree to the courier delivering the parcel according to their procedures. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may leave it in a secure location.

We strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel or selecting a secure delivery option where possible.
